Waiter / Bartender / Sommelier
  • reception of guests, taking orders for food and drinks according by restaurant standards
  • participation in the entire process of serving guests and taking orders
  • orientation for providing top service to guests
  • cleaning work space, units and equipment before, during and after work processes, keep the work space tidy
  • invoicing in accordance with legal and internal regulations
  • cooperation in inventory
  • other tasks by order of the manager
Cook
  • organization, management and supervision of all work processes and employees in the kitchen department
  • standard procedure of working in the kitchen
  • responsibility for the state of merchandise stock, financial costs and kitchen profitability
  • preparation of cold and hot appetizers and main dishes
  • preparation of visually attractive and tasty food according to the employer’s standard
  • following world gastronomy and creating dishes accompanied by new trends
  • implementation of HACCAP system
  • cleaning the work space and work units
  • managing the administrative part for the chef
  • supervising of support staff in the kitchen
